Delivery Policy
Items in stock will usually be delivered
within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.
We are unable to offer
Saturday deliveries.

Delivery prices
for the UK are calculated on the following basis:
- Items weighing 0-2000g are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery
- Items weighing 2001g and above are despatched via courier

A confirmation of order will be emailed to you after you have placed your
order.
A delivery note will be emailed once the item has been despatched.
What if I am not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will
usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm. If you or the
intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier
will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to
deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to
collect your products. Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel three
times. After the third attempt your parcel will be returned to our warehouse and
a subsidiary delivery fee will apply.
