Returns & Refunds
If your product has developed a fault, in the first instance please contact the manufacturer for it to be repaired or replaced under the warranty. Please see here for a link to all manufacturers. You may be required to provide proof of purchase details and serial numbers of the goods.
For all other issues, simply send a blank email to RMA@popcorn-uk.com. You will then automatically receive a returns form to complete.
Please DO NOT send goods back until you receive a further email from us authorising the return. If you do not receive the form within 24 hours, please request one from returns@popcorn-uk.com or you may download one here
You should allow up to 2 weeks for exchanges for in-stock items. Backordered items may take longer. Please allow 21 days for refunds to be processed.
Please note, the following conditions apply and we reserve the right to return goods to you at your expense:
The product is unwanted
1. We must be informed within 7 days of dispatch date. For Christmas gifts, we must be informed by 31st December.
2. The item must be in a completely resalable condition. This means that the packaging is completely undamaged, original seals have not been broken and the item has not been used at all.
3. The item itself must be returned within 7 days of receiving a final authorisation from us.
4. The item must be returned via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. Unfortunately, you will have to incur the postage charge for this. We can arrange our own courier for havy and bulky items only, though again you will have to incur the charge.
5. Product refunds for unwanted goods will not include original postage costs we have incurred and we have to deduct a further 10% restock fee from your original purchase price.

2. If we ask you to return the goods to us, you will have to incur the return postage charge. We can arrange our own courier collections ONLY for heavy or bulky items, though again you will have to incur the charge for this.
3. The item itself must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation from us.
4. Unfortunately, refunds will only be given for items that produce a fault within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise, we will either repair or replace the item.
5. If item is discontinued we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
Goods arrived damaged
Firstly, please accept our apologies. We work hard to ensure that your orders arrive to you in excellent condition so this issue will be looked into in great detail.
1. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods (preferably on the same day)
2. If we are not informed within 48 hours of receipt of your goods, you will, unfortunately have to incur the return postage charge for this service. We can arrange our own courier collections ONLY for heavy or bulky items, though again you will have to incur the charge for this.
3. The item itself must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation from us.
4. Once the item is received by us we will dispatch a replacement to you
Incorrect item received
Firstly, please accept our apologies. We work hard to ensure that your correct order arrives with you in excellent condition so this issue will be looked into in great detail.
1. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods (preferably on the same day)
2. The item must be in a completely resalable condition. This means that the packaging is completely undamaged, original seals have not been broken and the item has not been used at all.
3. The item can be returned using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier (for items over 5kg only). We can arrange courier collections for you at no cost.
5. The item itself must be returned within 7 days of receiving authorisation from us.
6. Once the item is received by us we will dispatch the correct one to you.
