The product is not what I expected. How do I return it?
You may return a product for a refund or exchange
within
7 days of ordering, but we do have to insist that it is unused, in a
resaleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Simply send your request to returns@popcorn-uk.com including your order number and the reason for returning. If all is ok, we will then reply with an authorisation form for you to complete and return with the item
- Send us the item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or your own courier service. Unfortunately, in the case of unwanted goods, you will have to incur the postage charge for this service and product refunds will not include original postage costs

The product has arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?
- As long as you have checked and signed for the item as DAMAGED when delivered, we will organise a replacement to be sent to you.
- Simply send your request to returns@popcorn-uk.com including your order number and the reason for returning. If all is ok, we will then reply with an authorisation form for you to complete and return with the item
- You may be required to
send us the item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (for small items) though postage costs will normally be reimbursed. We will arrange a courier collection for larger items only
- Contact us immediately via email on returns@popcorn-uk.com
on the day received.
The product has developed a fault within the warranty period. How do I get a replacement?
- Simply contact us at returns@popcorn-uk.com and we will arrange for the manufacturer to either repair or replace the item.
- Simply send your request to returns@popcorn-uk.com including your order number and the reason for returning. If all is ok, we will then reply with an authorisation form for you to complete and return with the item
- You may be required to
send us the item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or we can arrange a courier collection for larger goods.
- For items that have developed a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will reimburse any postage costs you have incurred. Unfortunately, for faults outside 28 days of purchase date, you will have to incur the postage charge.
